Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 working days of ordering depending on the governorate.

In the event of any delay in your order for any reason, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and its cause.

Refund Policy

You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for cashback, the private item must not have been opened at all and in the same condition you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to get a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cashback Policy

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received the returned item.

We will notify you immediately of the refund status after the item is checked.

If your return is approved, we will start your refund via Vodafone Cash within 3 days of receiving your return.

The shipping fee for the return will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is for customer-related reasons.

If the return is caused by a product defect or product dispatch error, you will get a free exchange or full refund of the product amount without any discounts.
